Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp water or nut milk

  • 2 Tbsp-1/3 cup yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds and water/nut milk, and let sit in the refrigerator over night.

  2. Stir in yogurt in the morning and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
